Losing Weight with Ayurveda
Have you tried the ginger and honey drink recipe we gave a while ago? Now we have more Ayurvedic weight loss tips which are just as simple to follow.
- Take a glass of lukewarm water. Add 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of black pepper and 4 tbsp of lemon juice then mix it well. Consume this every morning.
- Switch a glass of cold water with hot water. Hot water flushes out fats from the body but despite having to drink it regularly in order to be effective, you need at least an hour gap before and after the meals before drinking it.
- Add ginger and lemon slices to a glass of boiling water. Steep for some time then strain the water. Drink while it is still warm. It will not only treat obesity but also an overeating tendency.
- Consume 10-12 fully grown curry leaves every morning for 3 months.
