Born and raised in Kerala, India—the heartland of Ayurveda—Dr. Roopika Mohandas has dedicated her career to healing since graduating from JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysore in 2015. Her practice is rooted in deep cultural heritage and refined by years of diverse clinical experience.

Dr. Roopika’s journey spans complex inpatient cases and Panchakarma at Nagarjuna Ayurveda to high-volume outpatient care at Government Taluk Hospital and private clinics. This broad exposure allows her to navigate complex health issues with confidence and precision.

Known for her warm, empathetic approach, Dr. Roopika believes true healing requires both professional expertise and genuine care.
