Its elegant multi-tiered shrines rise harmoniously against manicured gardens and mountain skies. Built in the 17th century, the temple embodies Balinese cosmology and balance, offering visitors a serene introduction to the island’s spiritual heritage and refined architectural traditions.

Bedugul Botanical Gardens

Nestled in the cool highlands, the Bedugul Botanical Gardens offer a refreshing contrast to coastal Bali. Misty air and forested paths create a tranquil atmosphere, ideal for gentle walking and reconnection with nature, while highlighting Bali’s rich biodiversity and ecological heritage.

Bedugul Local Market

A short stop at the Bedugul fruit, vegetable, and flower market offers a glimpse into daily mountain life. Colorful stalls overflow with strawberries, leafy greens, spices, and blossoms, reflecting the abundance that sustains the island’s cuisine and traditional offerings.

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple

Set on the serene waters of Lake Bratan, Ulun Danu Beratan is one of Bali’s most iconic temples.
