Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s deepest cleanse — a gentle, staged process that loosens what your body has been holding onto, clears it, and then rebuilds your strength from the inside. It asks for at least seven nights. And it looks a little different for everyone who comes.
Panchakarma isn’t a spa week. Each program is tailored to your needs. Guests come to us carrying something specific — and often something they’ve carried a long while.
Clear what’s built up over the years, and feel clear-headed and energetic again
Heal digestion at the root, instead of managing it forever.
Ayurveda’s warm, whole-person approach to hormones and balance, at every stage of life
They see you each morning, listen to how your body is responding, and adjust your treatments as you go.
Our Balinese therapists bring something you can't teach—a gentleness and presence guests tell us about long after they've gone home.
In Ayurveda, no two bodies are the same. Your program is shaped around your health and Doshas after your doctor has met you, never before.
Since 2016, across our two centers—and many have come back.

Yes. We tailor the program to your individual needs and physical state. Many guests begin their journey with a shorter stay to experience the process comfortably.
Our programs begin at seven nights, which allows time for each stage of the process. Fourteen nights or more gives your doctor room to work more thoroughly, and longer-standing conditions often benefit from it. If you are unsure, tell us what has brought you to us and we will give you an honest view of what is realistic.
Yes. Our kitchen prepares dosha‑balancing meals and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free and common dietary needs — tell us at booking.
Tell us what’s been going on and when you could travel. One of our doctors will tell you honestly whether Panchakarma is right for you — and which of our two homes would suit you best.
