Oneworld Ayurveda Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• 1.1 To join the Oneworld Ayurveda Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.
• 1.2 Participation is subject to approval by Oneworld Ayurveda. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• 2.1 As an affiliate, you agree to promote Oneworld Ayurveda programs and services in a professional and ethical manner.
• 2.2 Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or unethical practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spamming, or unauthorized use of Oneworld Ayurveda’s intellectual property.
• 2.3 Affiliates must ensure that all promotional materials and communications align with Oneworld Ayurveda’s brand values and guidelines. Misrepresentation of the brand may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.

3. Commission Structure

• 3.1 Affiliates will earn commissions as outlined on the official affiliate program page: https://oneworldayurveda.com/affiliate/.
• 3.2 Commissions are calculated based on the discounted price of the program if a special offer is applied alongside the affiliate code.

4. Payment Terms

• 4.1 Commissions will not be paid out automatically. Instead, Oneworld Ayurveda will calculate the total commission earned by the affiliate and provide a detailed commission report on the 5th of each month.
• 4.2 Affiliates may request a withdrawal of their commission at any time by sending a request via email to Oneworld Ayurveda. Upon receiving the request, the commission will be processed manually within 3 working days.
• 4.3 A minimum accumulated commission balance of IDR 5,000,000 is required before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• 4.4 Payments will be made via the following methods:
  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to the affiliate’s nominated bank account.
  • PayPal: Subject to a $5 processing fee per transfer.
• 4.5 Commissions will not be paid for canceled bookings, no-shows, or refunded transactions.
• 4.6 Affiliates also have the option to accumulate their commissions and use the balance as full payment or partial discount towards any of Oneworld Ayurveda’s services, including:
  • Panchakarma programs
  • An Ayurvedic Experience (3D/2N)
  • 3-Day Ayurvedic Program
  • Ayurvedic consultations
  • Gift vouchers
  • Other wellness services

5. Discount Code Usage

• 5.1 The unique affiliate code is valid for 12 months and is non-transferable.
• 5.2 The code must be applied at the time of booking and can be combined with other promotions.
• 5.3 Affiliates will be informed in advance if a special offer is available.

6. Marketing Support

• 6.1 Oneworld Ayurveda provides affiliates with:
  • High-resolution images and videos
  • Pre-written social media content
  • Regular updates on promotions and programs via monthly newsletter.
• 6.2 If the affiliate has previously been a guest at Oneworld Ayurveda, they are encouraged to share authentic photos, videos, and testimonials from their personal experience when promoting our services, provided they clearly indicate when the experience took place.

7. Partnership Duration and Renewal Terms

• 7.1 The affiliate partnership agreement is valid for one year from the date of activation.
• 7.2 Prior to expiration, Oneworld Ayurveda will contact affiliates regarding their intention to continue or terminate the partnership. If no response is received within 30 days, the partnership will automatically terminate.

8. Termination

• 8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
• 8.2 Oneworld Ayurveda reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program immediately if the affiliate violates these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior deemed harmful to the brand.
• 8.3 Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer be eligible to earn commissions or other rewards.

9. Intellectual Property

• 9.1 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Oneworld Ayurveda’s logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.
• 9.2 Affiliates may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Oneworld Ayurveda’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

• 10.1 Affiliates agree to keep all information related to the affiliate program, including commission rates, guest details, and promotional strategies, confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

• 11.1 Oneworld Ayurveda will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
• 11.2 Oneworld Ayurveda makes no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of the affiliate program.

12. Modification of Terms

• 12.1 Oneworld Ayurveda reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
• 12.2 Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
